This project is a design and construct contract. The development includes a multi-level industrial estate including 70 storage units, 34 warehouses, 17 mezzanine offices and a caretakers unit.

Enterprise Industrial Estate, Thornleigh

Another design and construct project – 20,000 m2 in total.  We are building 34 storage units, 34 industrial and 44 self storage units.  Lot 5 involves re-configuring and renovating the existing 4000 m2 industrial building.

68-72 Wentworth Ave, Surry Hills

Located in the heritage listed Bathurst House, our brief was to add an additional level to the four story commercial building while conserving the heritage aspects of the building. Designed by Hill Thallis architects, the new level 5 accentuates its heritage characteristics whilst providing a modern warehouse style office space.

The building remained operational at all times during construction.

35 Whiting Street, Artarmon

This project will transform the existing Sydney City Prestige site into a multi-storey commercial building. Set across three levels, the building will be re-purposed to create a  high end automotive workshop and showroom with vehicle storage space and an office.

Enterprise Industrial Estate, Lane Cove

We have just handed this project over. As a design and construct project, we developed a multi-level industrial estate including 29 storage units, 21 warehouses and 15 mezzanine offices. We also had to overcome difficult access issues.
