Adaptive Re-Use

Adaptive Re-Use has become a popular development option whether it is for environmental conservation, preserving our past buildings for future use or economic development. Beach has successfully completed many Adaptive Re-Use projects such as, ‘The Grace’. This 1920’s warehouse holds significant historic value to Sydney and has now been adapted in to luxury apartments and International Grammar at Ultimo where a 5 storey warehouse was adapted into classroom facilities.
