Beach Constructions is a privately owned construction company. We operate throughout the Sydney metropolitan area and regional NSW. Since 1990, Beach Constructions has continued to work closely with our clients and business colleagues, to ensure we deliver the best results for our clients.
As a multi-disciplined construction organisation we are experienced in all forms of project delivery, including construction management, project management, design & construct and fixed lump sum tender. Predominantly a commercial builder, Beach Constructions have successfully planned and delivered a diverse range of projects from commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, community, aged / health care, educational, multi-residential, refurbishment, heritage restoration and adaptive re-use.
Our philosophy is to manage a set number of projects at any one time. This way we avoid overstretching our resources and maintain our focus on service delivery. It also means at least one of our two directors, Paul Hills or John Fredericks can be personally involved in the project.
Beach's proactive involvement within construction delivers many repeat business clients. We believe this is due to our total value added solutions to projects through streamlining the design and integrating the clients' perspective into construction. Included in this is our expertise in assisting design teams to improve build-ability and controlling clients' bottom-line results through cost efficiency. Other areas are our early stage concept involvement where we use risk and value management to control and reduce risk before onsite work commences. We also assist in engineering solutions for architectural & project challenges.
